Group

The majority of our sessions are centred around our group sessions. We believe that working out with others not only keeps people more accountable, but it makes it more fun. So, grab a friend or join a group and come have fun.

Individual

If working out with others is simply not your thing, then that is totally fine. We can find a time that works for you to come in and complete the workout with some privacy.

(Currently not accepting new one on one clients. Updates will be provided when accepting more).

Team

We offer group training for teams preparing for their season. If you are looking to get your team ready for the season or want to keep them in shape during, we offer custom team workout programs that are fully led by our coaching staff.
