Austin Sault - Owner & Coach

Austin started 3 Flames CrossFit (formerly Saulty Fitness) in 2015 while he was home from University during the summer. Sport has always been an integral part of Austin’s life, whether it was football, hockey, soccer or basically anything else that allowed him to compete. While playing, Austin came to the realization that he enjoyed the process of training for a season, just as much, if not more than playing. Once his athletic playing days were finished, he changed his direction towards coaching so that he could help others reach their fitness goals.

Tammy Sault - Coach

Aanii Tammy Sault ndishnikaaz. Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation is where I was raised. I got into CrossFit back in 2014. Coach Austin convinced me to join him for a class at Queen St CF. And I haven’t looked back! I was instantly hooked.

I love watching people crush their goals and accomplish things that they never though possible. My favorite athletes are the ones that come in and trust the process, that build up the community and that give their all every workout. Coaching has made me a better athlete!

Brooke Hillman - Coach

I’m Brooke Hillman, I’ve lived in Caledonia my whole life. I did provincial gymnastics from the ages of 4 until around 13 and then switched to power tumbling until I was 17. During that time I also started coaching recreational and competitive gymnastics.

Once I retired from training, I continued coaching gymnastics and also helped coach my university cheerleading team. I then joined CrossFit in 2020 and began coaching within about a year of joining and have loved it ever since.

I love being able to help everyone with their goals and see the excitement in people when they finally get a skill or hit a weight they’ve been working towards. I also love being apart of a space where people can come and blow off steam from their day and be a positive outlet for them.

Melissa Carson - Coach

I grew up trying every sport but ultimately never sticking with anything until I started martial arts. But after 9 years and a few concussions I transitioned to a commercial gym and resistance training.

Eventually I noticed a lack of results for the time I was putting in and on a whim tried CrossFit, I was instantly hooked. For the past decade I've trained and coached CrossFit, and continued my education journey which includes: Agatsu Kettlebell certification, Precision Nutrition L1, Pain-free Performance Specialist and Crossfit: Level 1, Level 2, Gymnastics, Programming, Anatomy, Spot the Flaw.

My favorite moment is helping people accomplish movements they never thought possible and seeing their results & confidence sky rocket.

Hannah Sinclair - Coach

Hi, I’m Hannah! I got into fitness at a young age as a way to better myself as a competitive soccer play. Later I got into weight training to prepare myself to join the military, and never looked back.

I competing provincially and nationally in powerlifting before turning to CrossFit to increase my real world functional fitness.

I studied Health, Wellness and Fitness at Mohawk college and have experience training police officer, military members, athletes, youth, general population, and pretty much anyone in-between.

My favorite people to train are the ones that use fitness to increase their quality of life and love to show up and smash PRs!
